General Return & Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please send an email to:

Please include your order number in your message. Our customer service team will guide you through the entire process.

Step 2: Return Your Product

Once your request has been approved and we have provided you with our return/exchange address, please send the item back within 7 days following our instructions.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to confirm delivery, as we can only process your refund or exchange once the product has been received.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: Refund / Exchange

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. After inspection, we will proceed with a replacement, exchange, or issue your refund accordingly.
